We made this blend with baristas in mind. Its punchy but well balanced. Brews quickly to save y’all some precious time. Malty and sweet with plenty of spice presence. Leaves a lingering clove finish that’s just right.

  • Chai Spice blend [Clove, Date Pieces, Ginger, Fennel Seed, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Rapadura Sugar, Pink Peppercorn], Rice Malt Syrup, Agave Syrup, Black Tea

    Place 28 grams (heaped tablespoon) of chai into the bottle of your pot and add just enough hot water to submerge the leaves. Steep for 2-3 minutes and add your milk of choice. Warm over medium heat until steamy. Strain into your favourite mug and sip.



    Whack 28 grams of chai into the bottom of your jug and add 50ml of hot water. Steep for 2-3 minutes. Top with 150ml of milk/milk alternative. Steam. Strain. Serve with a grin.



    Add 28 grams of chai to your pot/infuser and top with 400ml of 95 degree water. Brew for 2-3 minutes and enjoy.
