Chai spices have a tendency to conjure up the nostalgia of Christmas with a great many folks. When coming up with the recipe for our Christmas Chai we wanted to take that nostalgia all the way up to 100.

We took our original 'Top Shelf' recipe and dropped a few things. Then, to really bring that festive vibe, we added orange peel, nutmeg and chopped raisins. This leaves us with a deliciously spicy chai blend that'll have you feeling like you've just drank a cup of Christmas cake (in the best way possible). It's also perfect for spicing up your mulled wine if you're that way inclined. Deliciously drinkable any time of year. It'll take you straight to December.… or July…
