We set out to put 'Top Shelf' smack bang in the middle of those. It's one for dedicated fans and newbies alike. Large assam leaves provide a full bodied tea flavour without too much tannin and zero bitterness. Our spices are perfectly balanced to give a hearty aroma presenting warmth up front, offset by the sweetness of maple syrup and just enough of that aniseed aftertaste, to leave a lasting impression.


Tasting notes include; mulled wine, plum pudding, and Christmas cake.

  • Chai spice blend (ginger, cloves, dates, star anise, fennel seed, cinnamon, cardamon, brown sugar, pink peppercorns), Maple syrup, Assam black tea.


  • HOME -

    Whack 25 grams of chai into a saucepan with 400ml of your milky preference. Brew over a medium heat until steamy. Strain into your favourite chai mug and sip away.



    Whack 25 grams of chai into the bottom of a jug. Add just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves, allow to brew for 3-4 minutes. Add desired milk and steam. Strain into a cup & serve with a grin.



    Add 25 grams of chai to 400ml of water and brew for 2-3mins at 95 degrees.
