How to Brew
HOME – Add 25grams of chai to a small saucepan. Pour in just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves & allow to steep for 3-4 minutes. Add your milk of choice and brew over a medium heat until you can see steam. Strain into your favourite chai mug & sip away.
NO MILK – Add 25grams of chai to 400ml of 95 degree water and brew for 3-4 minutes. Stream and enjoy.
BARISTA - Whack 25 grams of chai into the bottom of a jug. Add just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves, allow to brew for 3-4 minutes. Add desired milk and steam. Strain into a cup & serve with a grin.

Chai Spice Blend (Ginger, Clove, Cassia, Rapadura Sugar, Star Anise, Dates, Cardamom, Pink Peppercorn), Rice Malt Syrup, Rooibos (13%), Maple syrup.

So, I bought this flavour to use at work where I have limited options for heating the milk and I thought the smaller leaf would work well. It does, and the flavour is great too. Top shelf is still my favourite though.
I LOVE this as a caffiene free option. I'm not normally a Rooibos fan but with all the wonderful spices, I love this brew!
