These chai cookies have become a full-blown staple in our house and at the chai factory.
Not only are they super easy to make, they’re even easier to absolutely demolish once they land in the cookie jar. Chai-infused cookies, or chookies as I like to call them, are always a complete hit. Sweet, spiced, simple, and dangerously moreish.
They’re the kind of snaccident you whip up for a team meeting, a dinner party, or a trip to Nan’s place for a cuppa and a chookie. Casual enough for a Tuesday, impressive enough to make people think you’ve got your life together.
I bake these when I’m making chai ice cream sandwiches, for chai events we host, and honestly whenever the craving strikes. And the amount of times I get asked for the recipe? It was time to get my shizz together and finally shared it.
So here she is. Our trusty little chookie recipe.
