Built on a high-quality, single estate, large leaf black tea base and gently sweetened with organic maple syrup sourced directly from a family forest in Vermont in the US by our pals at Sap N Tap. This maple chai is all about balance. Not too bold, not too shy—just perfectly spiced harmony in every sip.

How to Brew
HOME – Add 25grams of chai to a small saucepan. Pour in just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves & allow to steep for 3-4 minutes. Add your milk of choice and brew over a medium heat until you can see steam. Strain into your favourite chai mug & sip away.
NO MILK – Add 25grams of chai to 400ml of 95 degree water and brew for 3-4 minutes. Stream and enjoy.
BARISTA - Whack 25 grams of chai into the bottom of a jug. Add just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves, allow to brew for 3-4 minutes. Add desired milk and steam. Strain into a cup & serve with a grin.

Since giving up coffee a few years ago, I switched to chai with all its glorious benefits. I occasionally make my own mix but since finding Caravan Chai, I’m absolutely loving their blend. The maple syrup is really good in it.
