Christmas Chai is a limited release, only making its grand appearance once a year. We wanted to capture that nostalgic feeling of Christmas and crank it all the way up. So, we took our signature Top Shelf recipe, pulled a few things back, and layered in orange peel, nutmeg, and chopped raisins. The result? A chai that tastes like sipping on Christmas cake.

Perfect for curling up in December (or July, if you’re that kind of festive spirit), and yes — it even makes a stellar base for mulled wine if you’re that way inclined.

How to Brew

HOME – Add 20grams of chai to a small saucepan. Pour in just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves & allow to steep for 2 minutes. Add your milk of choice and brew over a medium heat until you can see steam. Strain into your favourite chai mug & sip away.

NO MILK – Add 20grams of chai to 400ml of 95 degree water and brew for 2 minutes. Stream and enjoy.

BARISTA - Whack 20grams of chai into the bottom of a jug. Add just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves, allow to brew for 2 minutes. Add desired milk and steam. Strain into a cup & serve with a grin
