Say hello to the drinking chocolate we couldn’t not bring into the Caravan Chai fam. We don’t stock anything we don’t personally sip, slurp, love, obsess over… and this one? Yeah, she’s a keeper.

Rich Peruvian cocoa, organic sugar from the Manduvira Cooperative in Paraguay, and a cheeky pinch of Murray River pink salt come together for the dreamiest, smoothest, “holy heck pour me another” hot choc ever.

Expect flavour notes of: Stone fruit. Intense chocolate. Sweet honey vibes

Serve it steaming hot for a winter hug… or shake it up over ice for the ultimate iced chocolate that’ll knock your socks off. Either way, it’s outrageously good.

How to Brew

HOME – Add 25grams of chai to a small saucepan. Pour in just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves & allow to steep for 3-4 minutes. Add your milk of choice and brew over a medium heat until you can see steam. Strain into your favourite chai mug & sip away.

NO MILK – Add 25grams of chai to 400ml of 95 degree water and brew for 3-4 minutes. Stream and enjoy.

BARISTA - Whack 25 grams of chai into the bottom of a jug. Add just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves, allow to brew for 3-4 minutes. Add desired milk and steam. Strain into a cup & serve with a grin.

Chai spice blend (ginger, cloves, dates, star anise, fennel seed, cinnamon, cardamon, Rapadura sugar, pink peppercorns), Maple syrup, Assam black tea.
