This one’s the crowd-pleaser. Steadfast. Ever faithful. The go-to blend for those who know what they want and don’t mess around.

Originally crafted with baristas in mind but still a favourite for those home brewers too. It’s bold, yet balanced. Quick to brew when time’s tight, but flavour-wise? It’s in no rush. Expect full bodied, tea tannin, punchy with a lingering clove finish that hangs around.

Oh—and if you really want to do it right, add a bottle of tigernut milk to your order. It’s creamy, nutty, and hands-down our top alternative milk for the ultimate chai experience. (You’ll thank us later.)

How to Brew

HOME – Add 20grams of chai to a small saucepan. Pour in just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves & allow to steep for 2 minutes. Add your milk of choice and brew over a medium heat until you can see steam. Strain into your favourite chai mug & sip away.

NO MILK – Add 20grams of chai to 400ml of 95 degree water and brew for 2 minutes. Stream and enjoy.

BARISTA - Whack 20grams of chai into the bottom of a jug. Add just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves, allow to brew for 2 minutes. Add desired milk and steam. Strain into a cup & serve with a grin
