We always knew we wanted to make a chai where spice the start of the show. A blend that kicks like a mule—but tastes so good, you’ll gladly get kicked again.

So we hit the drawing board and came back swinging with our Chilli Chai.

Sure, it’s got the usual suspects—but this one hits different. The warmth of Sichuan pepper brings a back-of-the-throat punch and a cheeky mouth-tingling finish that lingers just long enough to tempt another sip (and another...).

Plenty of spicy blends just chase the burn. Not this one. It’s bold, layered, and beautifully balanced—with just enough heat to keep spice-curious sippers happy and fire-chasers satisfied.

And definitely not for the faint of tongue.

How to Brew

HOME – Add 25grams of chai to a small saucepan. Pour in just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves & allow to steep for 3-4 minutes. Add your milk of choice and brew over a medium heat until you can see steam. Strain into your favourite chai mug & sip away.

NO MILK – Add 25grams of chai to 400ml of 95 degree water and brew for 3-4 minutes. Stream and enjoy.

BARISTA - Whack 25 grams of chai into the bottom of a jug. Add just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves, allow to brew for 3-4 minutes. Add desired milk and steam. Strain into a cup & serve with a grin.
