how to brew?

HOME – Add 25grams of chai to a small saucepan. Pour in just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves & allow to steep for 3-4 minutes. Add your milk of choice and brew over a medium heat until you can see steam. Strain into your favourite chai mug & sip away.

NO MILK – Add 25grams of chai to 400ml of 95 degree water and brew for 3-4 minutes. Stream and enjoy.

BARISTA - Whack 25 grams of chai into the bottom of a jug. Add just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves, allow to brew for 3-4 minutes. Add desired milk and steam. Strain into a cup & serve with a grin.

Chai spice blend (ginger, cloves, dates, star anise, fennel seed, cinnamon, cardamon, Rapadura sugar, pink peppercorns, chilli flakes, sichuan peppers), Maple syrup, Rice Malt Syrup, Agave Syrup, black tea, Rooibos tea. 

Tigernut milk: Water (filtered & UV purified), organic tiger nuts (12%), Australian olive oil, organic demerara sugar, faba bean protein, minerals (potassium, calcium, phosphorous), sea salt, vitamins (vitamin B5, vitamin B2, vitamin D, vitamin B12).

We deliver chai all across Australia! Here’s a rough guide for delivery times:

  • VIC Metro: 2–4 business days
  • VIC Country: 3–5 business days
  • Other States (Metro): 2–5 business days
  • Other States (Rural): 3–7 business days

We’ll get your order out the door as quickly as we can and send you tracking info so you can follow your chai’s journey to your doorstep. While we do our best to meet these timeframes, they’re just estimates.
